What if the matched tradesperson is unavailable?
If your matched tradesperson can't take the job, we automatically cascade the lead to the next available qualified tradesperson in your area. You'll be notified of any changes.
Can I get a refund if I'm unsatisfied?
For prepaid bookings, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. No-shows by the tradesperson are always fully refunded. For disputes, contact our support team and we'll investigate within 48 hours.
